The tour departs from the ports of Vieste and Peschici with fast ferries with daily return routes. There is also the possibility to be picked up at our facility by buses/shuttles of the tour operators. The boat ride can take about an hour and a half.
The Tremiti Islands are an archipelago formed by a group of 5 small islands, but only San Nicola and San Domino are inhabited areas, Pianosa, Capraia and Cretaccio are uninhabited. On the island of San Nicola, where almost all the locals live, you can visit the Abbey of Santa Maria a Mare and the Castle or Fortezza Angioina, built in the XV century to defend the Abbey. On the island of San Domino (the largest of the archipelago) you can find accommodation facilities, hotels and campings.
